FAQs

In NSW, there are two kinds of hot water upgrades:

  1. Integrated systems integrate the storage cylinder and heat pumps into one unit. It provides simple and compact solutions.
  2. Compressor and tank heat components are separated by split systems. In this manner, variable placement and possibly increased efficiency are made possible.

Please contact us and our knowledgeable staff can help you if you are unsure if you qualify for the ESS program. We will examine your system, set up a free site audit, and offer the best options.

Heat pumps get installed outside your home because they require airflow, and hence they are situated outside the home.

It is necessary to open the Pressure and Temperature Relief valve at least once every six months. If the pressure rises above the safe level, this PTR’s only function is to release it. The valve will stay in good shape and not malfunction if you open it every six months.

Heat pumps consume 60–75%* less energy than conventional electric hot water systems in New South Wales. Because it only needs energy for the compressor and fan, it is economical. For this reason, upgrading is the recommended course of action.

A member of our staff with a company ID will come to your location and perform the installation.
